Balestier Students’ Hostel and ConneXion International organized an event to let the international students in our hostel know more about Singapore. The students can share their experiences in Singapore, as well as the difficulties they faced when studying in Singapore, there are also professional mentors to help guide the student to guide them. This event not only have delicious food but also exquisite gifts for the students.

The Christmas this year is different from the previous years. This time, the Balestier Student's Hostel has partnered with CXI (international student fellowship association) to conduct the event, and we have filmed choir performances for elderly in the old folks home, enlightened this Christmas for them. While our students are enjoying the food, we also have prepared Christmas gift for them.

We are glad to invite ConneXion Internal to come to Balestier Students' Hostel to aid our students to get to know more about Singapore's cultures as well as bonding with other students in BSH. In the meanwhile, to keep COVID-19 measures from the government in practice, we limit each room to less than 5 people for activities.

Being in a foreign land, students will miss their parents and relatives more during festivals. Our hostel management personnels decorate common spaces in the hostel to create a festive atmosphere. Our heartwarming chef auntie prepared delicious food, and waiting for our students to return to the hostel to celebrate together.
We are really thankful for all your care all these years. Time passes so quickly. We have been staying here for more than 5 years. Thank you so much for your guidance and support.
